I’m Morgan Carver, the co-founder and passionate, dedicated Aesthetician behind this tranquil space, specializing in relaxing head spa treatments and vitalizing facials. With experience in esthetics and haircare, I offer treatments designed to restore balance to both mind, scalp, and body.

At The Headquarter, I believe that true beauty starts from within. Self-care is essential, not a luxury. Your ideal schedule depends on your scalp’s needs, but once a month is a great starting point for regular upkeep.

Most treatments are safe for color-treated hair, but we recommend waiting 72 hours before or after a hair color treatment to receive a head-spa service.

Many clients feel immediate relaxation and see shinier, healthier hair/scalp after the first session.

It’s best to avoid washing your hair for 24 hours to allow the products to fully absorb into your scalp and hair.

Yes, the treatment is generally safe for pregnant women. However, let us know in advance so we can avoid certain essential oils or techniques if needed. We always recommend consulting with your medical provider for any concerns.

Currently, there is only one dedicated provider, ensuring personalized, one-on-one service for every client.

Arrive with clean skin if possible, avoid harsh exfoliants or retinol for 2–3 days beforehand, and let us know about any allergies or skin sensitivities.

For 24–48 hours, avoid excessive sun exposure, saunas, intense exercise, harsh skincare products, and exfoliation. Wear sunscreen daily.

 

Men should shave at least 2–4 hours before their appointment if they choose to shave. Women should avoid facial waxing for at least 48 hours before treatment.
